Katarata Collective is a pilot initiative developed by a group of colleagues over an extended period. Between 2020 and 2022, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Collective was reorganized to focus on producing animation projects for a range of international clients. A total of seven projects were developed together, offering a truly rewarding experience of learning and growth in the world of animation. Working as a team with real clients, we divided tasks and tested our skills in a practical environment. Throughout the process, we focused on leveraging our best attributes and learning from both our colleagues and client interactions. It was a journey that, without a doubt, was worth the effort. The team initially consisted of five members: Cris Neme, Iulia Draguta, Stephie Cavina, Florian Kempt, and Ender Yildizhan. Over time, some members had to reduce their involvement, with Stephie, Iulia, and Cris remaining full-time. To the left, you can see the logo and a collage featuring the members of Katarata.
